Remote Network was founded in 2006, but be aware that our founder has been fixing computers for the last 40 plus years. Originally trained by the military on telecommunications equipment during the Vietnam war , and later joined AT&T Communications working on large scale integrated systems. He ultimately was responsible for supporting AT&T intranet computer infrastructure to include desktop and laptop equipment refreshing and small image development.
Upon leaving AT&T he started Remote Network to continue what he liked most about the job working with people to solve computer problems.

Windows 10 operating system upgrade , we can look at all the devices in your office and advise you which ones need to be replaced. This could be the case if the manufacturer did not provide upgraded drivers for those peripherals (printers, fax machines, etc). You should not be running windows 7 operating systems at this time any longer due to the fact that Microsoft isn’t providing virus updates any longer. In fact medical offices need to adhear to HIPPA requirements that mandate they upgrade to windows 10
